Exon Classification in Human Genomics

This project builds models to classify exon subtypes across human genome sequences. The goal is to better understand the functional roles of exons, historically overlooked compared to introns. The team’s classification will help researchers identify which exon categories deserve deeper investigation, using efficient ML methods.
