Evaluation of SCI Recovery in Rodent Models

Partnering with the Ali Lab at UM Miller School of Medicine, the team is developing an automated analysis pipeline for gait recovery in spinal cord injury rodent models. They will identify kinematic features most affected by SCI and therapies, produce recovery metrics, and generate visualizations to compare wildtype, SCI, and rescue groups.
